| Serving Information | Our Sauerbraten is fully cooked, and needs only to be heated and served. It’s best to empty the contents into a pot, as the gravy needs to be whisked slightly upon reheating. If you want to make the sauce extra decadent, after removing pot from heat, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of butter and mix until melted. Serve Sauerbraten the traditional German way with our bread dumplings and red cabbage. It’s also delicious served with pasta, spaetzle, potatoes, or any kind of vegetable. |
