We make this mildly flavored liver sausage with calves liver, ground extremely fine, for spreading or slicing. All our liver sausages can be used as appetizers, as you would paté.

Our gourmet spread is fully cooked and ready to eat as is. We believe it tastes best when spread on light rye or toasted whole wheat bread. Or you may prefer serving it sliced with pickles and Dijon mustard.
Will stay fresh up to 4 weeks if unopened and refrigerated. Once opened, use or freeze within 7 days. Can also be frozen for up to 2 months without affecting flavor or quality. If frozen, defrost slowly in refrigerator; do not thaw at room temperature.
