This mild liver sausage is made from pork liver and pork, which maintains a very coarse texture. All of our liver sausages can be used as appetizers, as you would paté.

This sausage comes fully cooked and ready to eat as is. We think it serves best as a spread on light rye or toasted whole wheat bread. Or you may prefer serving it sliced with pickles and Dijon mustard.
Will stay fresh up to 4 weeks if unopened and refrigerated. Once opened, use or freeze within 7 days. Can also be frozen for up to 2 months without affecting flavor or quality. If frozen, defrost slowly in refrigerator; do not thaw at room temperature.
