Our mild, country-style liver sausage is made from pork liver and speckled with bacon for a slightly coarser texture, and flavored with traditional Bavarian spices. All our liver sausages can be used as appetizers, as you would paté.

Our Bavarian liver sausage is fully cooked and ready to eat as is. We think it’s at its best when spread on light rye or toasted whole wheat bread. Or you may prefer serving it sliced with pickles and Dijon mustard.
Will stay fresh up to 4 weeks if unopened and refrigerated. Once opened, use or freeze within 7 days. Can also be frozen for up to 2 months without affecting flavor or quality. If frozen, defrost slowly in refrigerator; do not thaw at room temperature.
