Both will keep up to one week after arrival in refrigerator. They can also be frozen up to 2 months without affecting their flavor or quality. Defrost slowly in refrigerator, do not thaw at room temperature.

Both are great for breakfast and lunch. Just fry in the pan or put on the grill. Serve with eggs and potatoes for breakfast or serve with potato salad or sauerkraut and mustard for lunch.
