No.740 Bread Dumplings, No.671 Liver Dumplings: Will stay fresh up to 8 weeks when refrigerated. Can be frozen.
No.730 Marinade keeps up to 4 weeks in refrigerator. Can also be frozen.
No. 720 Sauerbraten and No. 800 Kassler Rippchen will stay fresh up to one week when refrigerated. Can be frozen up to 2 months, without affecting flavor or quality. Defrost slowly in refrigerator, do not thaw at room temperature.

How to serve:
No. 671 Liver Dumplings are the star ingredients in the Bavarian specialty "Leberknoedelsuppe" (liver dumpling soup). Remove casing, drop into boiling broth, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes until hot. Can also be cubed ahead of time, put into plates and boiling broth poured over it. They can also be eaten cold.
No.720 Sauerbraten: Just heat and serve with bread dumpling and any kind of vegetable.
No.730 Marinade: Use to make Sauerbraten by marinating your favorite cut of beef, venison or other game meat. Serve sauerbraten the traditional German way with bread dumplings and red cabbage. Also very delicious with any type of pasta, spaetzle or potatoes and a vegetable such as broccoli, brussel sprouts, peas, carrots, etc.
No.740 Bread Dumplings: Remove casing, drop in boiling water, cover, turn down heat and let simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with sauerbraten, pork roast, etc.
No.800 Kassler Rippchen (chop): Pan fry and serve with fried potatoes and vegetables.
