How to serve:

These German style sausage specialties are mostly made with natural casings and all are fully cooked. All are MSG - free!

No.411 Bratwurst, No. 441 Bavarian Bratwurst, and No. 451 Hungarian Bratwurst taste best grilled or pan fried.

No. 260 Nuernberger Stadtwurst and No. 311 Garlic Sausage taste best served warm with potato salad. To heat, bring water to a boil, drop in sausage, cover and turn off heat. Let stand for 15 minutes. For a special Bavarian treat, dice (or cut slices of No.260 Nuernberger Stadtwurst into strips) and toss with minced onion and vinaigrette dressing.

No.331 Bavarian brand Smoky Link Sausage: Heat as above, but only for 10 minutes. Sliced it adds Bavarian flavor to our Creamy Split Pea Soup (No. 903).
