no fillers and only an absolute minimum of preservatives.
To insure arrival in good condition we ship only
at the beginning of the week for delivery
— depending on the destination — in one to four

Our minimum order size is $25.00 product total -
Shipping & Handling excluded. All sausages are
shipped in one piece, not sliced.

We ship fast!
You order this week - we ship next week! Except
for holidays (see below) we usually ship the week
after receipt of your order.
We must have telephone orders by Friday 3 P.M. if
you wish to receive your sausage the following
week, otherwise it will be shipped a week later.
Website and mail orders will be accepted until Sunday at 10 P.M.
for the following week's shipping. This schedule
insures that all sausage shipments will arrive in
good condition for your enjoyment. We ship for
delivery in 1 to 4 business days (depending on
destination) anywhere to the connecting 48 states,
Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
Holiday Schedule
Our special HOLIDAY SCHEDULE for the year 2007 will be in effect from November 19, 2007 through January 6, 2008. We can not ship any orders the week of Nov. 19, 2007 (Thanksgiving week). Orders placed by December 14 will be shipped to arrive by Christmas. Orders received after December 14 will be shipped after January 6, 2008. Please plan ahead, so you will receive your sausage when you need it.
Vacation Schedule
We will be closed for vacation from June 20, 2008 through July 6, 2008. Orders received after June 15, 2008 will be shipped when we return from vacation on July 7, 2008.

if a particular product you have ordered is temporarily out of stock,
we may substitute it for an item of equal value. Prices are subject to change

| The following states need to be shipped via 2nd Day Air during the months of March through October:
AZ, CA, FL, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, TX, UT, WA, WY. During Novermber through February, these states will be shipped ground. If shipped ground,
transit time will be 3 to 4 days.
AK, HI and PR are also shipped 2nd day air, but charges are found under region 3.
**Orders to Alaska will be shipped via ground during November through February.
Transit time for ground to Alaska is 4 days.
Hawaii and Puerto Rico must be shipped via 2nd day air year-round.
Sausage is shipped in a sturdy styrofoam container.
Some items are shipped out frozen, while others are shipped fresh.
Depending on the amount of frozen items in the shipment we may or
may not add extra ice packs. We do not use dry ice. Our products
are shipped as fresh as possible so that even if items defrost
during transit there is no harm in refreezing them upon arrival.

Sausage Handling & Storage
We want you to enjoy our products - even if you
are just getting acquainted with them - so please
read this. Sausage is perishable. Handle carefully
and store properly to preserve freshness. For refrigeration,
leave in original packaging or take out and wrap
in paper towel. Vacuum-packaged sausage can be refrigerated
or frozen as is; if the packaging becomes loose, indicating an air leak, remove sausage immediately.
Other items should be wrapped well to prevent freezer
burn. Try to eliminate air from the package whether
wrapping in zipper bags, freezer paper, or plastic
wrap. You can freeze items for 2 months without affecting
their flavor or quality. Thaw frozen sausage slowly
in the refrigerator, do not thaw at room temperature.
If sausage looks or smells spoiled, use common sense
and discard.
Proper storage, safe thawing methods, prompt usage,
and correct preparation will ensure your maximum
enjoyment of our products. You will find specific

our tasty products immediately following each
